Hull was the undertaker at Hull House mortuary. Not much is known about Old Man Hull, except for the fact that he treasured his customers, out of all. He was also running a crematorium within the Hull House. Old Man Hull, along with his family was murdered by an anonymous member.
He's the spouse of Mrs. Hull. The Hull House is potentially named after his family, but it isn't revealed as to how they settled in the house.
